Adoption Fees
The fee to adopt an adult cat is $35.00. You may adopt one and get one free.

The fee for a kitten is $10.00

If the cat or kitten is not altered at the time of adoption, there is a $30.00 deposit required. Once the cat is altered and the paperwork is returned, the shelter will send the $30.00 deposit back to the adopter.

Coupons
Coupons from the Tuscarawas County Humane Society for spaying and neutering are available for anyone who shows financial need. The coupons are worth $35.00 for females and $25.00 for males. Application for these coupons are available at Cats 'n' Us every day of the week* 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

*The shelter is run by volunteers so please call ahead before you make the trip.

Spay and Neuter Program - Sept. 17
Cats 'n' Us has teamed with Operation Warm & Cozy Inc. to host the Neighborly Ohio Mobile Animal Doctor (NOMAD). As reported in The Times Reporter on June 22, the program:

is expected to accommodate 30 to 35 cats from the Tuscarawas County area and will be held Sept. 17. . . . Each cat must have a form completed and signed by its owner. Some cats may be refused surgery due to health issues. . . . The fee for female cat is $45, and $30 for a male cat.
