The Tuscarawas
County Humane Society has provided coupons for spaying and
neutering cats for anyone who shows financial need. Applications
for these coupons are available at Cats N Us every day of the
week 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 7:00
p.m. and Sunday 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. For address, phone number,
